Therapy That Helps You Create Something New

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up.” - Is. 43:19

Something New Counseling and Consultation, LLC

Why Something New?

I’m Amanda Harmon, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the founder of Something New Counseling & Consultation. I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves differently, develop new ways of responding, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people are given the right support and the opportunity to approach their experiences from a different perspective.

Sometimes, creating change means learning a new skill. Sometimes it means challenging a belief you’ve carried for years. And sometimes it means using a different type of therapy to help your mind and body process what you’ve experienced.

Something New represents that possibility—the idea that you don’t have to keep responding to life in the same ways simply because they are familiar.

You can learn something new.
You can see yourself differently.
You can respond differently.
And you can create a different experience of your life.
